A claim timer is not a manual reminder button. GR8 shows it only for an accepted successful claim reported by a connected faucet and linked to your signed-in GR8 account through a verified matching microwallet identity. Signing in or opening a faucet does not itself start a timer.
Check the result
- Sign into your GR8 account and open the Faucet List.
- After a successful claim on a connected faucet, return to the list. Its Claim button shows the remaining minutes, for example Claim · 5m, when a matching confirmed timer is available.
- Wait for the interval to finish. The button returns to Claim when the timer expires; the faucet still controls whether a new claim succeeds.
If no timer appears
The claim may not have completed or reached GR8, its microwallet identity may not be verified and linked to your account, the faucet may not support confirmed timers, or its reported interval may be missing, zero or already expired. An absent timer is not evidence of a failed or unpaid claim.
Check that you are signed into the intended account and review the claim result on the faucet. If you are unsure about account linkage, use Contact GR8 On Discord below with a redacted description and your GR8 username. Do not post wallet keys, seed phrases, passwords or payment credentials, and do not make another claim merely to test a timer.
