Product Help is maintained on GR8. Your Faucet installation no longer provides a second Docs authoring collection. You need a current local administrator session to open task Help from its controls; that session does not grant GR8 staff access.
Find The Right Instructions
Open the task you need in your installation and choose its task-guide link. The guide opens in a separate tab so the task and its unsaved values remain available.
Check the article’s task and applicable product version before following its steps. A guide does not configure a provider, enable payouts or publish your content.
For another task, open GR8 Support and search its title or browse Faucet Installation. Use the article’s related guides when they answer your next question.
If Back To Your Installation is offered, it returns to a validated task in the registered installation. Otherwise return to your original tab; a missing link is not permission to invent a return address.
Keep Existing Installation Articles
An old /admin/content/docs bookmark checks your current administrator authority before opening GR8 Support. Existing local articles, edits and history are retained; their existing local /support and /docs/{slug} readers remain access-checked compatibility routes. Retirement does not republish drafts or make restricted local content public.
If Help Is Unavailable
Check the task and version, then try GR8 Support or return to the original task tab. Ask for the missing task instructions without sending credentials, SQL exports, private user records or session data. Ordinary website content belongs in Pages; installation Terms and Privacy remain in Policies.
