Faucet Installation

GR8 Faucet Script: Set Up Microwallet Credentials

Get the correct faucet API key, save it for the selected faucet and check the result without making a payout.

These instructions apply to GR8 Faucet Script 70.1.93. The controls described are in your own installation; this public guide does not grant administrator access.

Open Faucets, then choose Microwallet on the intended row. Its dialog configures only that faucet’s credentials without leaving the list. This is not a merchant checkout integration. Saving credentials does not prove that a claim or payout succeeded.

Before You Start

  • Check the faucet name and assigned currency. Its name follows the installation name plus currency; the public URL slug is the lowercase currency. Cancel and choose another row if it is wrong.

  • Provider Account shows the fixed provider and owner account. These cannot be changed in this editor.

  • Credentials Saved means this faucet has a protected credential matching that provider. Not Configured means it does not.

  • Replacement fields start empty even when a key is saved. Keep keys out of Help articles, support messages and screenshots.

Get A FaucetPay API Key

Open FaucetPay

  1. Sign into the account displayed under Provider Account. Open the dashboard entry for the intended faucet.

  2. Choose Manage, then API & Webhooks. Copy that faucet’s server-side API key.

  3. Do not use a merchant checkout key, receiving address, another faucet’s key or an unrelated account token.

  4. Return to GR8 Faucet. Paste the key into API Key under Replacement Credentials. If API Secret appears, enter the matching provider secret there. The reveal control shows only the replacement you entered.

  5. Choose Verify And Save Credentials once. Correct any named field error before trying again.

FaucetPay API Documentation

Provider console labels and API instructions were checked on October 5, 2026. If the console has changed, follow the current provider documentation rather than guessing.

Keep Or Replace Existing Credentials

To keep existing credentials, choose Cancel; there is nothing to save. When replacing them, enter the API Key and any matching API Secret required by the fixed provider. The form displays only the required fields. Open FaucetPay goes through GR8’s maintained provider link; navigate to your faucet’s management console after signing in.

Saving here does not enable another provider, change the assigned currency or rewards, move another faucet’s credentials or remove payout protection. An existing-target import keeps this faucet’s saved payment credentials; it does not copy payment keys from the source. If the provider account is missing, complete installation account setup first; this editor has no provider selector.

Check The Result

  1. After a successful save, reopen Microwallet on the same faucet’s row.

  2. Confirm Credentials Saved appears and replacement fields are empty.

  3. The save checks account credentials through the configured adapter. It is not proof of a completed payment. Keep claim and payout testing separate.

If Saving Fails

  • Settings changed: reload and check the faucet and account before entering the intended replacement. Do not overwrite newer settings.

  • Key or secret required: enter the requested credential type and both values when a pair is required.

  • Provider verification failed: check the intended faucet, fixed account and key type. Keep the key out of support evidence; repeated Save clicks do not fix an incorrect key.

  • Provider account missing: resolve installation account setup first.
